I had some clutch work done and that took care of my chattering,
It seems that when I shift Roberta I get a little thump/clunk as it goes into gear.

If I go really slow, it's seems fine, seems to be all gears, What it seems like it she needs grease somewhere, but I am sure it's not that easy.  Seems like the noise comes from below the driver, but I guess the noise could be transfering from the back of the engine.

any thoughts

Not necessarily confidence but more my understanding of the symptom/condition as described. Thump clunk going into gear, feels like it is under driver. That is the first place I'd look. Could be wrong. You wanna know more? Read your Bentley in the bathroom, read it when there is nothing better to do. Crawl around your bus referring to the Bentley. Look up in your Bentley some of the topics here and see what you can find.
