So on my Kombi... the front is dented up... looks like it was in an accident at some point in its life.  Any ideas for popping it back out?  Also, it may have pushed the floor up a little.

I got in and tried to push it out with my feet, I got it popped a little, but can't seem to get it all out!

Rubber mallet?  Dent puller?

I've seen some great work done with a body hammer and a piece of hard wood. The metal is stretched, working it slowly is the best way so it's not wrinkle.
If it's real bad a new nose may be what you need.

I had damage to mine as well.  This is what I did over the past 2 weekends, with zero experience.  I'm not done yet, but close.  (click for larger images)

zozo.. I love it!

My dad told me to use a brass hammer, 2 - 3 lbs.  He's worked on VW's forever, so that corresponds to Beetle Warrior's suggestion.  zozo.. what did you use?

Hey del, I would suggest using something like this.

You need to support the metal on the opposite side that you are hammering on, otherwise the panel will warp.
