First off, Welcome to the LMB sideshore.

Second, if I'm not mistaken, that is the breahter for the crankcase. The hose should run down to a point where the crankcase gases can be burned off.

Yeah what are those red bull cans doing there? I see hoses coming out of them. Also that hose your talking about ever comes off your bus wont start.
