Well here its 1:42 am house is quiet and im fighting off sleep. Snow hasnt turned up but we got frost out there- horrible stuff.

7:15pm and I am procrastinating on studying for my Norwegian Final tomorrow at 7am.  Snow is supposed to come tomorrow night, 5 more inches.  |

Woke up up from a little nap because of pain . But the Sandman is still beating the crap out of me and my eyelids want to close .

Going on a 10 mile run when my two sons (six and three yrs old) take a nap. Then to my parents for our Christmas gathering. Tommorrow we go to my inlaws for Christmas eve dinner.

I thought I was doing good to go on a 1.75 mile walk two to three times a week. You are! I've been running for ten years next month. I still love it as much as the day I started. Any exercise is good (IMO). |

im killing time before i go for a teeth cleaning this morning.
GostaBerling,try bicycling.it a lot less painful on your body.just get a seat that fits your sitbones.
and you can find all sorts of interesting things on rides.
