well,it is a 71 van, with a real good engine , no rust anywhere, the middle seats are gone, I plan on a subfloor, interlocking boards for the sides , man that will take me awhile, but it will bring fulfillment , beyond anything, we live in Oregon, and there are alot of bus people here, well off to my nap, the bus is a plain bus not a camper or anything, I will put up pictures, be good eat your veggies, God Bless

Yeah Oregon has a load of bus people. In fact, there are a couple of people on this board who live in Oregon. I think that all the good buses went there thinking that they would get to retire because of all the rainy weather on the west side of the state. Boy were they wrong. hehehehe

So did you visit the commune ? Jacksonville has a nice vibe to it, we saw willie nelson there for a concert. I have officially dropped out of the societies norm, by living the hippie dream, no more hair cuts or shaving, so the bus is coming into my life at the perfect time. I plan on painting it like my bug which is psychedelic but this time it will be slowly done, we live in a small town, and there are alot of counter culture people here, heck the bus will not even stand out, the will probably think I am selling insurance. with a bus restoration comes alot OF planning I suppose I will have to draw it up first.Hey how about you groovey folks can come up with art suggestions, that way yall are with me, it's a commune on line, kinda virtually connected, ok I will stop write when you can. God bless willow out

Haven't heard from OJ since her little accident. I am sure school is taking a toll on her.
As far as books go, these two might not be as fun to read but at least one is essential run out and buy a Bentley manual or John Muir's book.
