Need help with my 1971 Bus

I bought the bus in 2004 have stripped it and had a new nose put on.
Since then been saving some money and now the Bus is ready to go to the body shop for a few little dents and dings and a full paintjob.

Before I send the bus to the shop I would like to pull the engine so I can work on it and replace a few things, also have to get to the gas tank to replace the sending unit.

I have watched many videos on how an engine is pulled put I have not done it myself.
I was wondering if there is someone in the Kansas City area who would be willing to help me?

Did you pull it out solo or get help.  Any advice for newbies
