Most likely valve cover gasket, very easy to replace, could be a damaged valve cover causing it also, tis the case with mine but again simple and cheap to fix. But look closely as if the oil is leaking from the heads and not from the far most side of the engine then you may have a stripped out block which is not good at all so hopefully not the case.
