I'm gonna re-post my shout-out to Brian @ Viking Foreign Auto in Novato, CA. 

Brian is a machine.  You say "I need one of those thingies that does this" and he replies with a blank stare, finger to the side of his head, followed by "Part Number 5324-1566-7."  He has everything and somehow keeps his entire inventory sorted by number in his head. 

I miss that guy, but here in Eugene I recommend Ben in the little shop where Harlow Rd crosses I-5.  Or Miles at the No Name Garage.

i as well recommend Ken Madson at busco.com i have been to his house a few times for parts on my 79' Transporter and he has ALOT of parts and very well on price too. i sweat that guy has at leas 30 buses chilling in his yard   lol
