Well I wasn't in the bus, but I was driving down the road and when I heard the live version of "Melissa" by the Allman Brothers Band I pretended I was in my bus.  Right song, right tempo, right era and right genre.  Another song I can't wait to hear in a bus is David and David's Welcome to the Boomtown.  That Miss Christiana is allright in my book. thumb7

Gone for now

Actually I have a very eclectic collection that I carry in the Magic Bus . Everything from Phillip Glass with Ravi Shankar to Driveby Truckers . So it is all contingent on my mood as to what I slide in the tray .
Not to mention my state of mind oft times dictates what I throw in .
Oh look da old Wizz is being redundent .

I know that no ones posted in here for awhile, but a quick question, did anyone ever solve, if someone was making a cd with all these songs on it? Because if not, I could do it. Just let me know... :smoker:

fav bus music...hmm let me think. Bob Marley is always fun, :033: last night i was cruising to Curtis Maifield, and that was harmonious. A couple of weeks ago i was listening to the cure, which is very atypical bus music....hum can't really settle on anything that i religiously listen to.  :102: sometimes i just like listening to the motor running  :007:

we stopped for that cd the day we bought geri lou, just needen to kill time before meeting up with dude.... i decided i wanted to name her in honor of the car, chloe, that was totaled to give me the cash to buy her....
long twisted story short, i decided to name her geri.
after we got home, i was so thrilled, i couldnt believe i owned my very own vw bus!!! we had the cd blasting while we washed her that first day, and when mary lou came on, without even thinking about it, i started singin "hello, geri lou, goodbye heart..."  :yahoo :eusa_whistle:  :055:
