In December 1962, Heat "exchangers" were introduced. Air was heated for use in the cabin by passing air over heated compartments instead of directly passing air that has cooled the engine into the passenger compartment.

hello all you great folks out there,
I get a new speedo cable today and I'm having a bit of trouble pulling the dust cap off my wheel. Do I need some kind of special tool to pull it off, or just super human strength? If I'm not mistaken all I have to do is pull..... right? eusa_think

You pry it off, you can tap it sideways with a hammer and get a screwdriver under it. You don't want to mangle it, but it is a tight fit. Ya have to tap it back on with a hammer also. Unless you want to get in there to check you bearings or your cable is broken off in there you don't need to remove it just fish the cable through. If it won't come out the dust cap when pushing it through try turning it, the end is square.

yeah. I kind of jumped into it and didn't take the time to figure out if the snap was above or below the EGR. I could only find cables that dismiss the EGR anyway. Know anyone loking for an EGR?

Is it weird that I had to file down the pin that goes through the dust cap in order for it to fit?
