javascript:void(0);         Hello there, this will be my first post and hopefully a good one at that. We have owned Lily since 1996 we have replaced the pop top canvas, new carpet, complete engine rebuild, brakes, suspension, many small part replacements (all done in house) and all she lacked was some body panels and a fresh coat of paint. Well we moved about 18 months ago and had to put her in storage (a brand new mini barn just the perfect size to tuck her in)until we settled down. We still haven't settled down, but after our last visit back home (PA) we found that all the time me and my wife spent restoring the pop top canvas and interior was destroyed by the mice.GRRRRRRRRRrrrrrRRR. Anyway my wife planted an idea in my noggin that I thought would very interesting when I pull it off. We owned a 70' transporter a while back and it had a sunroof a very large sunroof. I would like to convert Lily from the pop top to some sort of open top. Whether it be hard or soft as long as it looks good and is maintainable. If anyone has seen a kit or has even fabbed the pieces to do this before I would appreciate some leads. It's gonna happen whether I create the parts or not, but if I can learn from another s mistake before my own that would be a big help. There's nothing that I'm willing to try, only after I have done my research. Lily is the one with her top up parked beside my vega in the avatar. Thanks for your time and what a great site you have here.

 Welcome jstorm and lily!
I've also wondered about where I could get ahold of a full sunroof - and if they make them as an aftermarket item.....

javascript:void(0);  Thanks, I just called to make sure they are still actively in business and they are. Exactly what we're looking for. I'll try to get some pictures before and after. Can't get any now being Lily is 630 miles east. Once again thanks fast.
