I have the same issue. I found a broken bracket on the front of the door. I got it welded but the weld has broken after three or four uses. Anyone got any ideas?

I believe if you put shims on the bottom roller between the metal of the door and the bracket it should raise the door up.

Maintenance and or repair of a Car or Bus is not something we can say easy with. It comes with a lot of responsibilities and time consuming activities. Sometimes when your auto has a problem, the biggest challenge is getting it to a repair shop. Getting your auto to where you have to go could be done with one of many odd temporary fixes.

Here is the proof: Offbeat auto fixes for the DIY road warrior

Things like soap, twigs, and pantyhose can actually go a long way with repairing a small issue. Just make certain you aren't taking out a huge payday loan to have a temporary fix if you are able to do it yourself and get the job fixed permanently with that money.
